Samantha: Founder & CEO

Samantha is the Founder and CEO of The Weather Changers Heating & Air Conditioning, and honestly, “backbone of the company” doesn’t quite cover it. She’s the one making sure the books balance, the team feels supported, and the whole operation runs like a well-tuned HVAC system. NATE-certified because she believes in leading by example, not just by title, Samantha’s fingerprints are on accounting, HR, marketing, and just about every gear that keeps this business turning.

She and her husband Chris started The Weather Changers together with one simple idea: people first, always. Customers, team members, long-term relationships. That’s the stuff that actually matters, and it shows in how the company treats every single person who walks through the door (or calls for a service emergency at 8am).

Outside of the office, you can find her snapping together her latest Lego set, belting Broadway tunes, traveling, spending time with her family, or dropping the perfect movie quote for absolutely any situation. Try her, she’s got one for everything.
