As the other founding member, Samantha is truly the backbone of The Weather Changers Heating & Air Conditioning. Her expertise touches every part of the company, leading accounting, human resources, and executive operations to keep the business running smoothly and sustainably. Samantha became NATE Certified to lead her team by example.

As an owner, Samantha and her husband Chris are deeply committed to building an HVAC company that puts people first. Prioritizing customers, team members, and long-term relationships over short-term gains.

Outside of work, Samantha enjoys spending time with her family and attending musicals at the Denver Center for the Performing Arts, bringing the same passion and heart to her personal life as she does to the business.
