 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.  Sometimes it’s not how things begin it is about how they end. You see we bought a heat pump last fall. Unfortunately a mistake was made on install. We ended up with a leak. I called and Samantha and Chris took immediate action. They cared and you knew. If you’ve ever had an experience where a contractor was responsible then you understand it’s not common for them to take ownership. That is exactly what The Weather Changers did. What was messy and inconvenient was made better because of their care and honesty. They made it right which matters most. I've worked with them over the past few years to assist with minor furnace repairs/maintenance, and have always found them to be very responsive, and their technicians friendly and knowledgeable. When it was time to replace my ancient a/c unit and furnace, I obtained several bids, but when it came down to making a decision, I had to go with Weather Changers. Not only was their bid extremely competitive, but I just felt more comfortable with them because of their great communication and my prior experiences. Chris and Samantha are great owners, and were very patient with me and the VERY many questions I asked of them. Joe and John were the technicians sent out to do the install and while they encountered a few unexpected "surprises" (old house, weird wiring) along the way, they handled it like champs! They don't try to oversell you on things you don't need, built trust, were great at communication (ahead of the appointment and during) and made the whole process easy (from booking to paying). What I like about the service technicians; they tell you exactly what is going on with the hvac system. They explain what they are testing and why,  and then show you while they do the work!
